There’s a reason our name doesn’t sound like every other sign planted in a Hampton Roads front yar. G Daniels & Company Real Estate is name for George Daniels – A Romanian immigrant who arrived in America in the early 1900s, worked in a steel mill, and most importantly was my grandfather – and, growing up, my very best friend.
My grandfather George kept a thirty-acre gentlemen’s farm-orchards, open fields, a yard full of livestock -and over the years subdivided pieces of it into lots so family members could build homes of their own. It was my first lesson in what real estate is actually for: not square footage or closing statements but giving people a place to belong.
George Daniels was warm, quick to laugh, and always the first to help – the kind of man people trusted on sight – and he taught me to show up, finish what’s in front of you, and take pride in doing it right.
I carried those lessons into 39+ years of real estate experience, and in December 2021 I put my grandfather’s name on the door when I opened G Daniels & Company Real Estate in Virginia Beach – a firm built on unyielding attention to detail and the same transparency and integrity George Daniels lived by. Today, my team and I bring that work ethic to every buyer and seller across Hampton Roads, backed by real sales, marketing, financial, and legal expertise and a customized real estate marketing strategy built around your specific goals.
