As a native to the Hampton Roads area, Wendell Nicholes is an honor graduate of both Salem High School (Virginia Beach, Virginia) and Old Dominion University (Norfolk, Virginia). Wendell has several attributes that give him an edge in his real estate career. His ability to provide exceptional customer service, negotiate on the behalf of his clients, analyze market trends and his marketing abilities are to name a few.
